This course offers people the opportunity to use filmmaking as a therapeutic tool in a group setting. Over 10 weeks we will come together and collaborate on telling your story through film. We believe that everyone has the power to tell their own story, to grow as people and to make authentic work which can help us to understand mental health. We have seen people undergo great change by participating in our program and we hope you can join us. We are able to offer 15 places for this project and each individual will be gifted £150 for completing the program.

The new filmmaking course will start on the 19th January 2026 at Unit 2, 10 Acklam Road, London, W10 5QZ. The course will run every Monday between 1 - 5pm, finishing on the 30th March 2026. The application deadline is the 5pm on the 15th December 2025.
